EcoSleeper sleepers are made from premium-grade Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) — a composite blend of 70% E-glass, 20% polyester resin, and 10% aluminium hydroxide. This advanced material offers exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion, rot, and UV damage.
EcoSleepers are available in lengths from 1600mm to 2400mm, with a standard thickness of 3mm for enhanced structural integrity. Depending on the length, weights range from 5.1kg to 7.7kg, making them significantly lighter than concrete sleepers while still delivering superior performance.
